If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not book a session.
1. Use of Website & Cookies

7. Booking & Payment Policies (Photography Services)
• All bookings are made through our online scheduling system.
• A non-refundable retainer (or full payment for some sessions) is required to secure your session.
• Remaining balances are due on or before the date of the session.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Retainers are non-refundable.
• One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (under 48 hours) require a new retainer to book another session.
If LVA Studios must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose:
• A rescheduled date, or
• A full refund of all payments made.
9. Session Expectations
• Arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce shooting time.
• Children must be supervised during sessions.
• LVA Studios maintains full creative control over posing, lighting, and artistic direction.
10. Editing, Delivery & Copyright
• Editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and basic retouching.
• Typical delivery time is 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
• The photographer selects the final images delivered.
Copyright:
• LVA Studios retains full copyright to all images.
• Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered digital images.
• Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
LVA Studios may use photos for portfolio, website display, and promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writingbefore the session.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.
Refunds are issued only if LVA Studios cancels the session and the client chooses not to reschedule.
12. Liability
LVA Studios is not responsible for:
• Personal injuries
• Damaged property
• Losses that occur during a session
Clients participate at their own risk and agree to release LVA Studios from liability arising from the session or use of images.
13. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We exclude all warranties and representations regarding this website and its content.
• Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such limits are unlawful.
As long as the website, information, and services are provided free of charge, LVA Studios is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind.
